Bizwize Bookkeeping Solutions aims to provide key financial and administrative support to local businesses who are growing and moving through their business journey. From small businesses and sole traders who need to track sales and expenses to medium sized companies and trusts, with payroll, invoicing, quoting, inventory, BAS reporting and a myriad of other back office support requirements.
Our aim is to relieve the pressures of these necessary but time consuming tasks, to empower business owners to realise success in their business endeavors.
Laura began her bookkeeping career in 1998 whilst working in the Travel and Tourism industry.
Since then she has worked as a bookkeeper within a number of industries and under the guidance of accountants gained the knowledge and experience to start her own bookkeeping practice in 2004 which has grown and developed into the Bizwize we know today.
Laura is a fully qualified BAS Agent with Cert IV in Accounting and Finance
Michelle has been involved in financial services industry for 24 years.
Her first major Accounting role was with a large west Australian based credit union, moving up through the finance department to become the Executive Manager Risk and Audit. Michelle then did audit and risk consultation before following her passion and moved back into the grassroots accounting and bookkeeping for small business.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Business, is a fully qualified BAS agent with a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Nadine is one of our Joondalup based bookkeepers.
Nadine loves the feeling of accomplishment she gets when her client’s books are reconciled allowing business owners to get clarity back into their finances.
Nadine is fully qualified and has extensive bookkeeping experience with Cert IV in Bookkeeping.
Sarah is one of our South West bookkeepers.
Sarah is one of our highly skilled and fully qualified bookkeepers who loves working with numbers particularly proficient in Quickbooks Online and MYOB.
Sarah has a Cert IV in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Business and Laboratory Techniques.
Natasha has lived in the South West for many years and was the first of our bookkeepers to start helping out in this area.
Natasha has extensive experience within the professional sector as an organisational Accountant and works for us to help local businesses to better manage their books and finances.
Sandra lives locally in the City Of Joondalup.
Previous experience includes Commercial Manager Sales and Marketing, Accountant, SAP implementation and all manner of general bookkeeping and accounting services.
Sandra has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Sharon lives locally in Joondalup.
She has always been in the finance field working across many industries and enjoys assisting companies to get accurate data so as to manage their businesses efficiently.
Sharon has a Bachelor of Commerce and Hons degree in Business Management and Investment (University of South Africa)
Bizwize Admin Support
Brenda lives locally in Joondalup, originally from England, Brenda loves the West Australian sunshine and spending time with her children and grand-children.
At Bizwize Brenda is out Administrative support staff member responsible for time billing and invoicing.
At Bizwize Jasmine does a number of our administrative tasks and is responsible for our social media outreach and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Jasmine has had experience in child care, customer service, law and administration.
In addition to helping our clients with their business dreams, our business model is such that we engage local contract bookkeepers to support our local business clients. Our business model is based on the placement of qualified home-grown bookkeepers. Our bookkeepers have a like minded vision of helping businesses and we spend time training and developing our bookkeepers skills knowledge of systems. Listen – Review – Develop – Improve – Listen
Listen – we actively listen to customers, bookkeepers and associates in relation to ways we can better improve our services. Whether that is communication changes, processes improvements or advantages in relation to new technologies.
Review – as we identify areas of improvement we review this and determine a set of objectives and measures that we can use to determine the effectiveness of the change.
Develop – we develop our bookkeepers’ knowledge, process or policy, better ideas, taking into consideration anything that will improve our level of service and effectiveness.
Improve – these steps allow us to meet our goal of improving how we work, this is measured to ensure we are meeting the objectives of the change as identified within the review process.
Listen – we then begin the cycle again talking and listening to clients about how effective the change has been and from here we can again move into the cycle if necessary.
